Dresden: River Elbe Meadows & Slopes

天依旧有它的一份蓝,多重色彩交织起来,斑驳美丽,令人陶醉。

Dresden’s geography and atmosphere are equally determined by the river. The Elbe formed the wide valley which imbeds the urban area of Dresden. The significant buildings of the old Saxon residence are oriented towards the river.
By river Elbe, there is a big grass area. When the night gets dark, it is truly beautiful. During some city festivals they arrange here concerts, and the bank of the river becomes the place for the younger citizens to socialise and have fun with some bottles of wine... you can see people canoeing, cycling... That is what I always do here, only cycle ya... I also heard that flea markets are being arranged near river Elbe, but I have no time to check it out yet - stay tune with me...
