Two enormous fountains "Still Waters" and "Troubled Waters" at the traffic circle at the center of Neustadt. Both fountains look the same to me...
Unbroken rows of patrician houses, provide a good impression of how Dresden used to look. The many inner courtyards are also worth a glance.
