My colleague, Laubi drove us to Neustadt to have lunch today. This car, he leases for four yrs... 28k Euros...FYI, Neustadt quarter is located on the right bank of the Elbe river. You'll find a lot of streets with houses built in the 19th/early 20th century. This area was not much destroyed in the bombardement in WWII, so you will see plenty of original houses. This quarter is very lively. Many students live here.
